On Freshome we are on the lookout for anything unusual. Even though the contemporary Fossa Sofa may look like a common couch at a first glance, look again. Created by French designer Aurelien Barbry for COR, this modern furniture piece comes with colorful detachable back rests which can be interchanged or removed whenever the user so desires. The spaces that remain within the sofa can be used for storing books, magazines, CDs and so on. This is possible due to the fact that the couch has an impeccable design, even without its backrests. Its elegance make it perfectly suited for a modern interior, while the colorful cushions go great with a variety of contemporary arrangements. Creative and functional, wouldn't you agree?-via HomeTone
