I never thought that a paper fan kind of art could help me make an exquisite piece of furniture. However, a You Tube video demonstrates the way we can weave together different yet same paper and wood with the help of advanced paper fan art. It is made by a fan folding 250gsm paper, forming a strong base for the table. Once the paper is folded, then it is stuck to the wooden top with glue. It is quite amazing how a paper supports the wooden top, which otherwise can crumble under the weight of wood. In case you are really tempted to try out this furniture making with thin paper, then you can follow some simple instructions in the video after the jump.
